Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not offer returns or reprints once the order has already been printed due to backgrounds not removing correctly, colors printing differently due to images not being made in CMYK format, sizing printing incorrectly due to image margins not being sized correctly around the image, etc. 

Images should be sized with the margin directly outside of the image to prevent sizing coming in smaller. Our printer prints in CMYK format as stated on our website. If the image is not made in CMYK format the colors may print differently than what is shown on the screen. 

Shirts that have been pressed are non-refundable or exchangeable.
